The WNBA is finally getting some publicity for news that doesn’t involve Caitlin Clark but it’s for all the wrong reasons. Paige Bueckers and Angel Reese’s friendly wager on the All-Star Game has become a full-blown scandal and DP isn’t surprised the WNBA is mishandling yet another embarrassing incident.
Dan Patrick: “Once they took it down, that's when I went, ‘Uh-oh.’ If it's light-hearted and fun, then don't take it down. Or, if it could be interpreted as something more, then don't put it up there to begin with. For some reason, WNBA can't get it right. Even with something that's supposed to be light-hearted, fun.”
